Awful thing . . . I would stay away, unless you need some parts (for something that I am unable to identify).

This is as bad as any fake that I have seen in a while -- nothing about it appears to be genuine. Dial, hands, needles, pushers, inner bezel, outer bezel and case . . . none appear to be Heuer parts. And you are correct about the plate on the movement -- 7740 is a manual movement, not for this automatic.
