Question: Autavia Siffert 339*** 1163V ?

Hello Gents, I just purchased a Heuer Autavia with Siffert dial, case is marked "1163 V" and the serial is 339*** I was wondering what the year of the watch is? and also is it normal to have the case marked "V" Regards, Edward
