I would assume that it is the same dimensions as the Carrera 7753, and replacements are available but not quite the correct profile. Quality is a bit variable, or possibly fit, I've had 3 for my 7753 in the past five years of which two cracked within a year. I'm not that hard on crystals, the original lasted over 40 years of wearing it when I really shouldn't have (under rally cars and on racing sailboat foredecks).
