Living in Europe, I am unfortunately not familiar with specialised watchmakers in the US. I would have immediately pointed you to Craig Beergsma (http://www.chronodeco.com), who has a great reputation – only to discover on his website that he has retired from watch repair and restoration due to health reasons. What a pity.

I hope that some US Heuer friends can give you a recommendation.
