Thanks so much for your reply Robert that's very helpful.
I totally agree about the the 3647s. Later executions lost the indices at 6 and 9, which to me looks incomplete. Also the additional tach/decimeter track of some models really takes away from the pure clean form of 3647. I like it even better than the 2447, even tho that's considered the flagship. Does anyone know which model/version Jack Heuer prefered?
