There are filters for banned IP addresses, as well as certain other elements of postings, but there have not been any recent changes in the filters or software.

We have had a technical glitch over the last few days with postings actually being live, on the forum, but not being displayed on the Index page (which means that they are not visible to readers). We will look into this technical issue.
