It is private label watch with a Heuer case and some other Heuer parts. Movement is a basic VJ 7736. (btw: correct Heuer marked 7736 is not easy to find....). Opinions on where these watches were made differ. Some say it was produced from parts by a 3rd party. Others think it was Heuer made.

I had a similar one and below the private label a Heuer label could be seen.
