Jeff's out today, so I'll speak on his behalf... I wouldn't be overly concerned about it G, you haven't done anything wrong to my knowledge (yet anyway).

I'd recommend that you pursue remediation with the seller in private and see what you two can work out. I think it would be best for all if things were worked out between you both.
