Any thoughts about the movement now when you all have seen the dial? Is the engraving so shallow that it is quite easy for a part of it to have been eroded in anyway? I think that it looks like there is space for an "L" at the left on "EONIDAS" so my assumption is that it has been an "L" there at sometime.
