Is the fluorescence of the dial equal or approximately equal to the hourhand?
If the numbers on the dial are made of tritium, they should not glow long and not glow bright after you load them up under a lightsource, but on the picture you show, the dial numbers glows bright like the hourhand and the hourhand in my opinion is 100% non tritium!
