yes your watch maker can fix it easily.
you open the case . pull the stem off (you have to PARTIALLY unscrew a small screw . screw the crown on the stem, fix it with pliers (to screw it firmly).
push the stem friendly in the movement ? screw the small screw to fix the stem. and close the box. that 's all.
If the stem is broken you can find one on ebay but there is 2 diameters available. I think it is 0.9 for that crown.
or it is possible to slip pliers on the stem between the movement and the box to firmly screw the crown (whitout pulling off the stem)
