There has been an amount of discussion about these economy bracelets over the years, why they were used (supply/demand) and the features they had-HK/Japan etc. They are not deemed to be as good quality as the original GF bracelets but they are deemed to be original to the 1163v promotion. (HLFs were regularly issued with these bracelets too and match the high serial number.
I also recommend doing a search for the economy bracelets here too, to see the discussions that have taken place. Happy to hear if anyone has any differing opinions on them!
