Hello, I don’t post much but I guess I couldn't resist since I know how it feels when trying to figure things like this out.
I looked at this carrera where it is listed for sale and I see more that’s unusual than the lume dots that are not present.
There are different parts from different execution types.
It has an early calibre 11 movement with 19xxxx case and 1st execution inner bezel.
And has a later execution dial, Hr & Min hands.
The dial and hands may actually be authentic, but them leaving the factory in this exact early case configuration is unusual.
If you like it and like the price when compared to others on the market then maybe it’s for you.
But if it’s me and I really wanted it I would negotiate the price.
You can look at the Carrera library here: http://www.onthedash.com/watches/caliber-12-automatic-stainless-steel-case/
And you can see if others will chime in with their thoughts, and go from there.
Good luck with your search.

: like there never was any lume dots at any point.
: Hopefully someone more knowledgeable and experienced than me can

: the price is reasonable and from what i can tell a respected and
: well known dealer.
: Can anyone help me at all.
