I am not a watchmaker, but the movement looks OK . . . relatively clean and fresh looking.
It's strange -- the usual approach is that when you see a dial / hands / case that seems to have lived a hard life, you would expect the movement to be in similar condition, but this movement looks considerably better than the other elements of the watch.
