Unfortunately, the watch is not an original Heuer. Looking at the configuration, I think that the movement is a valjoux 7765. Probably a case from the French made Heuers (Ref 1611) as seen in this brochure http://www.onthedash.com/document/1979-brochure/ , but hands and dial are wrong.
