Hi everyone,
I wanted to share a small project born out of necessity in my Gothenburg studio.
I recently ran into the classic problem with my vintage Monaco needing to open the case back safely, but original metal Tool No. 033 keys are nearly impossible to find.
I then engineered and 3D printed a custom version of the tool 033 to match the case backs (Ref. 1133, 1533, 73633, 74033).
I know how hard these are to find, so I put together a few extra copies for anyone else restoring or working on their vintage Monacos.
Feel free to check out the details here: https://www.etsy.com/se-en/listing/4550370794/heuer-vintage-monaco-opening-tool-033.
If some 3D printer owners are interested, I can also send you the model file 👌
