Heuer Monaco Dials...Help!

Hi watchfans! I am trying to source a replacement dial for my Monaco Chronomatic (blue with 2 white subdials). I would really like a 'new old stock' one but even a used good condition one would be great.

I would consider a normal Heuer dial (not Tag!) as long as it is blue/white.

I was also wondering if the old dial could be refinished?
