Hello Heuer and Tag-Heuer Lovers, i just had a very special and positiv help by the german official Tag Heuer Serice from Firm Breitsamer in Pforzheim / Germany.
The junior chef Marcus Breitsamer wose personally a great help with his knowllige even about the old Heuers and cronomatics Caliber 12! As Marcus says they dont sell spare parts on its own, but if you have a problem , please contact him per email and send him the watch, they make a written estramate/calcolation before repairing and faxed it to me too. After picking up my old autavia 1163 they did indeed a very correct job! took about 2-3 weeks , only! They ship your watch registered and insured too! Here are the contact details;
