Heuer bits are easy, dial, hands and back are all 1000 series chronograph 510.503 That had a blasted finish SS case with silver dial and bezel. Crown was usually unsigned so this may have arrived from elsewhere, Pushers were the fluted Autavia type so they've been lost.

As for the inner and outer bezels and the case.... it's an impressive bit of watch construction but where the bits came from I know not. case looks like a generic 1960/70s Valjoux 7733 case with a bezel added to take the extra bulk of the Lemania 5100 movement.
