It is difficult to date this one, or to confirm authenticity, as I do not have access to many of the old catalogs and the catalogs that I have reviewed do not show the "up / down" configuration for the two registers. Still, it looks correct and the "Heuer" logo seems to be the correct size and shape for the period.
I have never seen these "2"s, but will make some further inquiries.
