What is the story with this "deep purple" cal15 Monaco? Anyone heard of such a model?
I believe in it, but I have no proof that it is a real Heuer model except it looks 100% right (see the pic comparison with more common blue cal15 monaco).
Maybe it is faded black dial, I'm very dubious that it is a faded blue version.
Anyway it's my latest buy, and I believe in it, even if I am not sure of the explanation.
Any ideas or opinions?
(the scan is an untouched flat bed scan at 1200 dpi resolution then reduced down to a normal screen size).
