Ah, that one's yours? Very nice... If I was ever to buy a watch strictly to wear when diving, it'd have to beat out that model.
If the lume on the bezel bothers you, re-luming it is certainly an option. You might simply ask LVMH to replace the bezel which would accomplish that.
As for refinishing the case... Of course that's your option too. Tough call, if you're going to wear it as a "duty/Heavy Duty" watch, I wouldn't bother, but if you're only a desktop explorer you could elect to go that route.
