Cool watch Chris - I think with watches where the lume has aged so evenly across the dial/hands and bezel they tend to take on an esthetic look that we feal we much 'match' or 'complete' by making them perfect. I owned several TAG divers in the 80's and the 12pm lume dot fell out of both of them almost straight away.
If your gonna wear it as a super or Uber beater then just psint it yellow and forget it.
If you want it perfect then Steve Sefarano ?? had one for sale a while ago over at EOT/Dive.
Cheers!
