I'm sure these will bring back a few memories for some forum members, certainly the European ones.

As you can see, these are not museum pieces. I held races with them when I was a kid, and my son bashed them around a bit more when I gave them to him. That's what they're there for.

Question is, 30+ years and 30+ Heuers later, does this prove advertising works? Can't say I ever even thought of smoking JPS cigarettes....even though the Lotus was my favourite. But still, the Heuer image must have burrowed into my young impressionable mind at some level,
