According to a fellow on another forum, "It's limited, and available in two editions: Steel (360 pieces, 8'500CHF) and gray gold (100 pieces, 18'000CHF)...it's in new Heuer catalogue."
Wonder if anyone has seen this baby up close or ordered one from their dealer yet? But you're probably right--it'll premiere officially at Basel. If it can do what they claim it can do, the price for the SS version doesn't seem too high, IMO.
