“our friend, sue lehmann, was involved and mentioned it to me a long time ago. It was supposed to come out in October 2004, but had a long delay.

something for your blog / Discussion Forum / something??”

So, here I am... Anyone see this one or have any more information on this? In particular, perhaps some of our European participants have some additional knowledge that may be helpful in this regard.
