Is this Camaro dial genuine??

Hello all,

please have a look at the photos below. Heuer had a lot of different designs, I know. But these numbers at the subdials look uncommon to me. And what's about the missing luminous dots? And the 'R' at the HEUER shield?

Please, what's your opinion?
