: AMAZING!! Yesterday, I heard of one of our
: readers receiving a note that the sender of
: the e-mail had a Black Monaco PVD available
: for sale . . . WOW!! exactly like the one
: Stewart was selling, and this one would be
: cheaper. What good luck!! Only a few made,
: and this guy was sending out e-mails to all
: the bidders offering another one for sale.
: YEH, RIGHT!!
: Now someone has listed a "Heuer Carrera
: Monaco" on ebay (Item # 2661400253),
: with 36 bids on the auction, so of course we
: also have someone offering Carrera Monacos
: privately?? This seems to be almost
: automated in many instances. You bid on an
: expensive Heuer, and soon you receive the
: offer of another one, exactly like it, but
: at a lower price. The offer is always from a
: stranger, but one with good ebay feedback.
: These guys seem stupid, but they must be clever
: enough to steal from some innocent ebay
: bidders and to avoid ending up in jail.
: This is becoming an epidemic. Be careful and
: keep posting these warnings for our readers.
: Jeff
: I bid on many watches on ebay but only get these types of emails when bidding on Heuer!Any ideas why?+++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++
