"After paying for this: ...my vacation's will likely be improptu road trips."
very nice! enjoy your new ride and did you get the fixed gas prices for a year deal?
ironically i got myself a daily commuter...
a vw jetta tdi. i've become obsessed with diesel, and this sucker fulfills both fun daily commuting, and good fuel mileage....i'm hitting around 43-48mpg(depending on how hard i rev it) city/highway avg. i think i can squeeze it to myabe 50mpg, but i'd have to drive it like a granny, and i'm not patient enough to hold that up for a week or two to see.
"Schweet!"
thanks Chuck.
"and yet somehow... I feel responsible..."
no doubt you started this. i should thank both Paul, for letting me acquire his example, and you for starting this excel-o-graph fever. without your start....no one would know how great these chronos were/are.
"Oh, yeah... I need to measure mine...
Thanks for reminding me!"
ditto. i keep forgeting to measure it, myself.
"I think so too. Makes quite a few Breitlings look wanting in my opinion."
very close competitior to the navitimer, imo, and at the much lower market value of the gallet, it's the clear winner to me.
"Not a bad sacrifice, especially since you weren't looking to go on a summer vacation anyway."
exactly.
"Congratulations and wear her well!"
thanks!
