: DOES ANYBODY KNOW?

hi ron
i'm not sure i understand your question exactly but, is it that the luminous material has fallen out of the hand? when this happens a hole is left as the luminous is painted into the hole in the hands from the back.
the luminous can be reapplied by a good watchmaker and they should be able to match the original colour if you ask.
