I think it is a Universal, the lugs are long and maybe 'bomb' or 'twisted'. The reg hands are white against black and rectangular which makes me think UG (chuck has one of these I believe or maybe a 'monochromatic negative version'). It also could have a tach bezel or a busy minute/sec insert. See pics.

I think this may be the one! But with the reg hands of the top watch and not the bezel which is a bit out to lunch!
Don't think it is this one although there maybe other Rolex dial combos that fit better but there black registers are usually busier.
Well? What do you guys think??
