Yes they are but the demand has been heavy so there is a minimal wait at present of 5 to 6 months. I ordered this one May 27 and just got it. The total cost was $105 with $26 of that being shipping.

Here are the instructions: Set the small hole in the ring to the current month on the outer scale of the ring. Then hold the ring hanging with the hole directing to the sun so that a small dot of light is being projected to the inside of the ring where time can be read off.
