The only way to have Hans service a vintage timepiece is through TAG-Heuer, with their service department operating under the Pro Time Service name. Here are the details, as shown on TAG-Heuer's web site:

Hans does not accept work outside this relationship with TAG-Heuer / Pro Time. They do not sell parts directly to consumers, but only provide them in connection with their service work.
