What an honour to be helping James Bond with some detective work!

YES -- it appears to be real. That said, the pushers and crown are "wrong"; the case appears to have been the victim of poor quality re-finishing / polishing; and it appears to have lived a hard life.

That's how it looks to me, at a quick glance. And to close with the usual confirmation: I have no financial interest in the transaction and no intention to bid.
