From what I can see the strap looks authentic.
I agree the Monaco logo looks a bit weird, maybe the letters are not all the same size. But dial looks like the last one with the painted markers in Jeff's article, which was supposed to be correct.
Need better photos to be more sure I would say - do you have some hi-res versions?
Back should have the tool33 marking as shown in the article.
