Looks like the Olive PVD has been removed... Which isn't entirely uncommon as after time it would likely become chipped and unappealing. Also looks like the orange hands have either faded or been replaced with white ones. Your watch probably originally looked closer to this OD Tourneau 510.502:
In any event it looks very scratch free and attractive!
