I've been watching this Master Time run for the past few days, and it's running great. Remarkably, it's keeping extremely accurate time. Wish I knew why it had the fixed chrome bezel. I wonder if Heuer, when they transitioned from the Hervue to the Master Time, used the Hervue bezel on the original Master Times before switching to the movable bezel?
As for the Monte, I've seen a number of the early ones that say Auto Rallye on top and Monte Carlo in script below. Though this is also an Abercrombie & Fitch, and I didn't know A&F marketed the Heuers this early.
I was originally going to sell this set, as I have a later Rally Master set on my car and can't justify keeping too many of these pieces, but this set has really grown on me. I can't get over how well these work. This is going to be a tough decision.
