Need expert advise on this Heuer??

Hi, I'm new to vintage Heuer and very attractive to this vintage heuer. What do you think about this one? Is it ligit? What is the fair price range for this model?

Per to the seller: it's ca. 1945, 35mm case, screw back, Valjoux 23. Here are some seller pictures.
