i know the IWC Ocean diverswatch also only have Bund instead of Bundeswehr on the back. I am not a German but as far as i know is "Bundeswehr" the same as "Army" and the IWC Oceans were used by the Navy. I don't know if this is an explanation, but perhaps your Heuer Bund was used by the Navy (marine)and not the Army.
