If service includes a professional cleaning as usual : Yes they have. Even in the case of a simple cleaning, the dial and the chrono plate/modul has to be removed. This only works. having previously taken off all hands. What would happen, if someone would drop your movement with installed dial and hands into the cleaning machine ? Don't even think about the result...

Maybe, maybe a marriage, very difficult question, and as we know, there's no possibility to check it by the case numbers. It's Heuer, not Omega.
