Heuer Bundeswehr Military watch - Movement

Hello folks,

After some time of running through archieve of literatures, etc, I realised that some pieces of the "3H" version of the bundeswehr has its movement bridge signed "Heuer" and some unsigned like generic Valjoux.

Any idea whether the movement bridge should be signed?
