Help with identifying vintage heuer.

I just became the proud owner of a vintage heuer wristwatch, and while it seems to be in dire need of a cleaning and new crystal it seems to be in fairly decent condition overall.

I'm looking for some more information about the watch, but I can't find a movement number on it, only serial number and case reference, the serial is 451487 and the case reference is 71650. I had a look at the movement page and I think it's a valjoux 71 movement.

Any more information on this watch such as more exact age would be very welcome. Also, if anyone knows of any good watchmakers in Sweden or in the vicinity that can do a good job on the watch I would certainly appreciate that information.

My pictures aren't the best, had to take them with my cellphone. "Real" camera is miles away for the moment.
