: Hi all. I've bought a Heuer Montreal, w/ light
: blue dial, no white inner ring, original
: stainless strap. No papers whatsoever.
: Cronograph works beautifully, but hours
: & minutes work strangely, lagging always
: HUGELY, at different times - for example :
: from 15 mins behind in 30 mins after setting
: it up... !!!
: Is this a known problem ? Does the watch worth
: something in this condition ?
: Thanks.

hi Dop
the caliber 12 was available with different gearing to give a total measurable time (with the chronograph) of either 12 or 6 hours. i believe Heuer only used the 12 hour version. could it be some mixup of parts has occured, possibly because a Breitling caliber was used to build up your watch? what name is signed on the movement in your watch, and is the movement gold or rhodium plated (silver or gold)?
hope this helps
