Nope there were plenty of 3-Register Autavia's, Many early one's featured the Valjoux 72, and there were some cushion cased one's like the one you pointed out.
I went the other way with my example...

It's "Siffert-esque" but not a Siffert! I'd still love to get a Siffert model Chronomatic or Autavia at some point...
