Replacement dial 1970's Carrera

Hi there,

Long time reader, first time poster...

Am looking at buying a 1970's Carrera. Its in OK condition, but I would look to replace the dial, which has some damage.

Does Tag Heuer typically stock replacement dials, or would I have to look to a collector to try and buy one?
