: Like Jeff has mentioned there is no way to know if the bidder you are bidding against is a legitimate buyer or a shill bidder. I probably won't be bidding on as many items with this new system. I wish Ebay would concern themselves more with removing fraudulent sellers instead of making things more difficult for buyers. Bob
