It looks like the real thing to me. I have a Cal 12 Carrera with blue dial and orange accents exactly like that one. A picture of another example can be found in the excellent article "Heuer Carrera Chronographs: Then, now and the future" by Chuck Maddox and Matthias Liebe-Kleymann.
