The bezel is swiped from a Clinton Diver's watch sold in the 1960's and 1970's... Here is a picture of a similar Black dial Clinton diver from the late 1970's which had a "cheezy" aperture cut into it to give it an inexpensive "Triple-Date" claim to fame...

I'll let Jeff & everyone else comment on the rest of the watch, although the Heuer logo on that dial doesn't look right to me!
