Hi fellas,
ran into a quite familiar but rather touchy moral quandary recently. Since a lot of dash watches share identical parts, like to ask fellow collectors their feeling regarding dash watches built from available but genuine spare parts or swaping parts from two or more dash watches so that a better one can be 'built'. Let's incorporate the issues of originality, historical significance, and resale into the mix as well. Am I venturing into the 'Frankenwatch' territory?
