The Date/Moonphase Ed Heuer & Co. is probably worth somewhere in the $1,400~2,000 USD range depending on which variant it is (with the exposed or DaVinci styled lugs). I would expect the Triple-Date Moonphase would exact a premium. However, sice they are so rarely offered, I could only guess what value of Bid's it might draw.
Sorry I can't be more specific, but I simply haven't see one listed, so it's really anyone's guess.
